May is almost here (it’s gonna be May), and the pre-order for employees to order their allotments of The Audacity of Opacity and Turbulent Consequence, Pêche is now live!
The Audacity of Opacity - IPA
Hopped to extract bright tropical character and gentle bitterness, this (clearly) juicy IPA features a fruity hop profile, soft body, and sparkling clarity. Trust your tastebuds and you won't need a visual aid to appreciate vibrant hop notes of pineapple, mango, and tangelo.

Turbulent Consequence, Pêche - Spontaneously Fermented Ale with Peaches
Turbulent Consequence is brewed using classic lambic methods from the Senne River Valley in Belgium, including a multi-step turbid mash, inoculation with resident flora in our wild cellar’s coolship, and spontaneous fermentation and extended maturation in oak barrels. Mature barrels are then used in various blends throughout the year. Each autumn, the Arzners head to Olson Farm to hand-pick perfectly ripe winter snow white peaches, which we pack into barrels with Turbulent Consequence from the prior year. TUESDAY RETAIL FIRE SALES
Beth is still hanging out at the Tap Room on Tuesdays from 3pm-4pm to sell old apparel at a discounted price. You can find her in the back building on the mezzanine (if you’re unfamiliar with what/where that is, please ask a Tap Room staff member!). Please shoot her a text (541.730.9000) or an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) so she knows how many people to expect and when. This will run until interest fades/apparel runs out Newer employees, you’ll want to take advantage of this - shirts start as low as $5 and hoodies start as low as $15!
FRESH FLOW MERCH PRE-SALE
It’s almost Fresh Flow time again, which means both dope beer and dope apparel is on the sunny horizon! Beth would like to keep her apparel numbers as accurate as possible for the upcoming Fresh Flow order. Her goal is to have the apparel around for half of summer. In order to do so, she would greatly appreciate getting pre-orders together for the t-shirts and tank tops (to see what they look like click the links - tanks will be in the charcoal-black/solid black tri color and the shirts will be in the dark grey heather color). Pre-orders are due by Sunday, April 28th at 11pm, and they can be placed here. No one is required to pay for their shirts at the time of order - she is just trying to gather data to make this new process of apparel ordering easier. So help a sister out, tell her if you're gonna get one or more! :)

This one most folks already are aware of, but she deserves a formal announcement - Miss Alex Goodwin is the FOH Manager for the Pub! This transition happened last fall, and she’s been kicking butt and taking names in the role ever since!
Because of the above department change, Sales & Distribution is looking for a new delivery driver! Interested candidates can check out the job posting and apply from there.

BEHIND THE BAR UPDATES
The new Lumos Pinot Gris has been on the menu since last Friday, but here are the tasting notes straight from Lumos’ tasting room manager!
~2017 Rudolfo Pinot Gris~
Our flagship Pinot Gris is vinified in all stainless steel tanks from 100% Certified Organic fruit we farm on the Logdsen Ridge Vineyard located just 10 miles north of Corvallis. Along with being Certified Organic, all of our wines are Vegan and Certified Salmon Safe. Tasting notes for this vintage are lively citrus, green apple, and nectarine. The Rudolfo has very little residual sugar, clocking in a just .4%, giving it a nice crisp and dry finish.
