TUESDAY RETAIL FIRE SALES

Starting next week (Tuesday, April 16th), Beth will be out at the Tap Room every Tuesday from 3pm-4pm to sell old apparel at a discounted price. Please shoot her a text (541.730.9000) or an email (beth@block15.com) so she knows how many people to expect and when. This will run until interest fades/apparel runs out Newer employees, you’ll want to take advantage of this!

TAP ROOM PEDESTRIAN CROSSING SIGN

The link wasn’t live for this last week, so it’s good to go now!:

There is a new(ish) pedestrian crossing sign at the Tap Room to help raise awareness for drivers pulling into the Tap Room that there are people (and kids) walking around. This is how the sign is supposed to be oriented, so if you see it in a different/wonky spot, please either move it back or let a Tap Room staffer know.

Starting Friday, we will be switching up our Pinot Gris selection - it will now be from Lumos Wine Co. (no longer from Anne Amie). Tasting notes will be distributed by Goody once she has them!

SPRING MENU CHANGES

The second wave of Spring menu changes will happen this Friday, April 19th.

The next round of new items are listed below, and procedures can be found here:

  • Smoked Chicken & Soppressata Stromboli - Smoked and pulled chicken, soppressata, pea shoot-cilantro pesto and Face Rock aged cheddar rolled and baked into our house pizza dough. Served w/ a side of house marinara. (replaces Hog Press)

  • C.B.A - Tender sous-vide chicken breast, brown sugar glazed bacon, artichoke-olive tapenade, spinach and basil aioli on house baked Kaiser roll. (replaces Mama Lil’s Chicken Sandwich)

  • Jerk Vegetable Cubano - Jerk seasoned and grilled zucchini, eggplant, GTF leeks and The Mushroomery shitake mushrooms w/ bourbon barrel pickles, melted Tillamook Swiss and basil aioli on a pressed baguette. (replaces Pilz en Kraut)

  • Carne Asada Torta - Marinated and grilled carne asada, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, house curtido, chipotle crema and cotija on our telera roll. (replaces Tri-Tip French Dip)

  • BOARD ITEMS:

    • Alsea Acres Chevre (replaces dolcelatte)

    • Burrata $4.25 (replaces ricotta salata)

    • Face Rock Aged Cheddar $2.75 (replaces gruyere)

    • Olympia Provisions Chorizo Rioja $5.25 (replaces bresaola)

We will be guest-tapping some of the leftover Oyster & Beer Fest beers in the upcoming weeks. We will just tap one at a time, and it will be dependent on tap space. So, for example, when Kriek blows we will tap Cloudburst’s IPA on that empty tap. Descriptions, pricing and tapping order for the beers are located in the binder. As you tap the beers, please write them up on the right-hand side of the hanging board and make it obvious that it’s a Guest Tap. A button can be created that is just a “Guest Beer” button, and the price can be changed as each new beer comes on. We won’t be putting these on the menus (at this point in time) since the timing isn’t set and they probably won’t be around for very long. If you have any questions, please ask Paige!
