If you can believe it, it’s almost April! Which means it’s time for our First Saturday release - and time for you to submit your pre-orders! Below is the information about the two offerings (Animal Cookies IPA and Turbulent Consequence, The Pearl). Don’t wait til the last minute, these are two you don’t want to miss!
Animal Cookies - IPA
Brewed for the hop-loving animal inside of you, Animal Cookies is packed with sticky, pungent hops. Unleash a swirling circus of pineapple, tangerine, mango, pine, and dank herbs—balanced with sweet pale malt and malted oats for a soft mouthfeel and gentle finish. // 7% ABV // Price for employees: $4.00 plus deposit (price does not include employee 25% off) // 16oz can // Limit: 24 cans
Turbulent Consequence, Pearl - Spontaneously Fermented Ale
Designed to pair with oysters for our inaugural Oyster Week. Turbulent Consequence, Pearl was blended from barrels matured up to three years. Turbulent Consequence is brewed using classic lambic methods from the Senne River Valley in Belgium, including inoculation with resident flora in our wild cellar’s coolship, and spontaneous fermentation and extended maturation in oak barrels. // 6.5% ABV // Price for employees: $11.50 (price does not include employee 25% off) // 500mL bottle // Limit: 12 bottles

OYSTER & BEER FEST PRE-SALE PACKAGES
We will be offering pre-sale glassware/token packages for the Oyster & Beer Fest here at the Tap Room on Saturday, April 6th. People can either buy the pre-sale packages on our web site (site TBD once details are finalized), or in person at the Tap Room. They will receive a receipt/confirmation number that they will then bring with them the day of the Fest which will allow them to pick up their physical glass and tokens.
Tap Room staff, you’ll be getting more detailed information on this as we finalize details and the week gets closer. Pub and Caves staff, please familiarize yourself with the basics of the above information so you can direct people accordingly. If you have any questions or concerns, however, let Paige know! A showcase of unique oysters from coastal regions around the country, each paired with beer from standout breweries from the same region. Each oyster will be offered in a raw preparation that allows regions and species to demonstrate their unique character.

Caves' famous weekend brunch with the special Oyster Week additions of a raw oyster bar, unique oyster-themed brunch specials, and champagne pairings

THE PEOPLE’S PINT / DINE OUTS
We are currently partnering with AFRANA (Alliance for Recreation and Natural Areas) for The People’s Pint tap. The designated beer is The Wild Cimmerian at the Pub and Winter Amusement at the Tap Room.
On Monday, April 1st The People’s Pint partner will switch to CARDV (Center Against Rape and Domestic Violence).
