Blues, Brews and BBQ!!!!
Summer...a time to relax, soak in some sun, take a 3 day weekend, visit with friends, and of course spend more time lounging at your favorite brewpub Block 15!! Is there anything better than some good ol blues music, slow smoked BBQ, and a cold pint of fresh craft beer? I would really have to search long and hard to find a more fantastic way to spend a Wednesday evening. Every Wednesday in July (there are 5 of em!) we have booked great acoustic Blues Musicians to play from 7-9:30pm. With the help of our blues loving friends We have tracked down some really great Oregon musicians, look for the line up in the next week. Along with the music we will feature a special rotating BBQ menu like St. Louis Spare ribs, Beef Brisket, Draper Valley Chicken quarters, House made baked beans and more. All will be slow smoked in house to fall off the bone, drip all over your face goodness! And of course we will feature a complementing brew to wash down the BBQ. Stay tuned for the line up and specials!!!

Something Unique Is Brewing
Something Unique is Brewing. Of course we have our classic Brewpub stand-bys like our Print Masters Pale, Alpha IPA, Ridgeback Red, Nebula Oatmeal Stout, and Glo golden ale. We truly believe that even these classic beers are works of art in a pint. But what really get us Brewers excited; are the unique, the wild, the big, the forgoten, and the styles.. or not stylized beers that we brew. Currently we have two beers in the Cellar that we cant wait to tap (though we have to wait at least another 3 weeks). One is our Belgian Strong. This will be our biggest beer yet! We used imported European malts, honey malt, Belgian Candi Sugar and a blend of three Belgian yeasts. The second is a Super Aboriginale we brewed last week. We took our popular free-style ale and jacked it up... More hops!! More malts!! And of course more love!! And this is just the begining. Watch out for our Kings Gold late this month, our Glo golden ale aged in a freshly emptied Kings Estate Pinot Noir Oak barrel, a local Honey Wit for the summer, Imperial Brown Throw Down for the fall, bourbon barrel aged brews, lagers, and much more....yes, Something Unique IS Brewing!
WI-FI
You can now enjoy your favorite pint while browsing the internet! We have installed wireless internet and it is free to all who come!
Organic Grains
We have decided to switch one of our two base malts to a North West grown organic malt. We have always used this malt in our Glo, and feel that the flavor is superior! With this swith, our beers will be brewed with 50-90% organic ingredients!
