Unfiltered Pilsner

Unfiltered Pilsner

Sip. Shine. Be happy. Blending delicate malt character and zesty hops, Gloria! is our vision of the crisp, unfiltered pilsner. Brewed with floor-malted pilsner malts, Gloria! pours a hazy, straw-colored pint. European and Oregon-grown hops impart citrus and floral spice, while select lager yeast finishes clean and refreshing. This immensely drinkable lager is our brewers’ choice after a long day in the brewhouse. Gloria!

Grains | Bohemian Pilsner, Pilsner, Carafoam

Gloria! straddles traditional Pilsner styles, and its grain bill reflects this. German Pilsner malt, produced from 2-row spring barley, lends body, a mild malt sweetness, and gentle honey notes. Rustic, floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner malt adds a distinctly Czech touch, offering earthy and biscuity notes, with a beautifully pungent malt aroma.

Hops | Magnum, Hallertau, Oregon-Grown Mt. Hood, Czech Saaz

Subtly hopped with aromatic German, Czech, and American hops, Gloria! offers a gently floral, citrus, and earthy hop profile—with just a hint of spice.

Yeast | Czech Pilsner

Born in the home of the Pilsner, this lager yeast strain produces a clean and crisp character, with a dry finish that elevates Gloria!'s elegant malt profile.

When reaching for Gloria! on a hot day, the Block 15 speciality pint glass is designed to present your beer beautifully, with a tapered form that produces superior head retention and preserves Gloria!'s delicate aromatics.

Taking your Gloria! out into the wild? Feel free to crush it straight out of the can. We do!

Gloria! is packaged after weeks of cold lagering—still gently hazy and perfectly timed to balance a vibrant hop bouquet and complex yeast character. This snapshot in flavor and aroma will last for a couple weeks, when stored cold. With extended cold storage, Gloria! mellows out to further balance these lively hop and yeast notes with its intricate malt backbone.

When stored cold, Gloria! drinks beautifully for up to three months.
