The release will begin at 11am, but we will be opening our doors at 8:30am, so you can arrive early and hang with our brewers over complimentary hot coffee, NutCakes donuts, some killer food specials, and our release beers on tap. SUPER NEBULA 2017
Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, Conditioned on Cocoa Nibs

Each year, we mature Super Nebula—an imperial version of our Nebula stout—in unique bourbon casks, before selecting origin-specific cocoa nibs to complement the blend.

EPISODE VIII
2017 Super Nebula was matured in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels, layering on character of oak, dried fruit, tobacco spice, vanilla, and caramel. Freshly roasted organic Bến Tre Trinatario cocoa nibs from Vietnam were added during conditioning, lending notes of coconut, tangy chocolate, soft cardamom, and a clean earthiness.

SUPER NEBULA, BREAFAST WITH WOODFORD 2017
Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, Brewed w/ Maple Syrup & Conditioned on Coffee Beans

Our brewers used organic maple syrup in this special variation of Super Nebula. We then matured the beer in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels. After barrel maturation, the beer was blended and conditioned on fresh coffee beans, specially roasted for us by our friends at Holderness Coffee Roasters.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, Conditioned on Cocoa Nibs & Vanilla Beans

Our brewers conditioned this special variation of Super Nebula on Ugandan vanilla beans, alongside two varieties of freshly roasted cocoa nibs—organic Haitian and Vietnamese Bến Tre Trinatario. These decadent additions impart a complex blend of milk and dark chocolate, vanilla, coconut, cardamom, and roasted nuts.

KRIEK, A THREE SUMMERS CUVÉE 2017
Sour Brown Ale, Matured in Bourbon Barrels with Cherries

Kriek, A Three Summers Cuvée features locally grown Montmorency cherries from The Cherry Country. Each summer we pack first and second use bourbon barrels with these tart, red beauties and fill them with Enchantment, our mix-fermented Oud Bruin. Each winter we blend select barrels, marrying deep cherry character with notes from the barrels and balanced acidity. This year's blend features barrels and cherries from 2013, 2014, and 2015.

THE DAB LAB, JUICE JOINT
IPA, Featuring CO2 Hop Extract & Lupulin Powder

The DAB Lab series focuses on vibrant, resinous hoppy ales brewed with CO2 hop extract and select hop varieties. Juice Joint features kettle additions of Mosaic and Apollo extract, Columbus hops, and Citra lupulin powder. It was then double dry-hopped with Galaxy and Columbus hops, as well as Citra and Mosaic lupulin powder—a heady combination that's packed with resin-dipped pineapple skunk and fresh squeezed twisted citrus, supported by a smooth body and balanced bitterness.
