Join us for our first ever Tap Talk in Corvallis, hosted at our south Corvallis Brewery & Tap Room! This week, we'll be hosting Dr. Patrick Hayes to explore the world of barley. He'll introduce us to the history of barley and enlighten our tastebuds to the ways specific varieties can impact the flavor of beer. He'll also provide some insight to his research on barley genetics and the practical implications of this research through stories of his work with farmers in Oregon.
