~Something Unique is Brewing~

Craft Beers

Welcome to Block 15 Brewing Company. We take great pride in crafting distinctive ales and lagers for the people of the Willamette Valley and Visitors passing through. We brew several true to style beers using grains and yeasts imported from different parts of the world along with some of the best hops grown here in the North West. Our Brewers also develop unique styles of beer using pure valley water as their canvass along with Northwest grains, hops, fruits, herbs and yeast. The beers are made in very small batches with a lot of love and attention to detail. This old world style of brewing takes a minimum of two weeks to complete, sometimes as long as a year. We believe the extra effort and time is well worth it!

In addition to our own beer we will have a couple taps reserved for breweries that exhibit the values and qualities we believe in. Look for special taps from small craft breweries that are unique and hard to find!

We are working with Joel Rea A.K.A. "Lickspigot", the owner of Corvallis Brewing Supply, on a list of bottled beers from Belgium! Joel really knows his stuff, and if you are a fan of Belgium beers you will not want to miss our rotating selection. We will have 6-8 different bottled beers, by far the largest in town!

Free-Style ale. Origianlly brewed in honor of our first big brew at Block 15. We used 7 diffeent malts and three different hops. Also, dry hopped. Some describe as an ESB on steroids, or an old ale with a NW hop bite. We describe it as a damn good beer. 6.8%alc/vol
