Look for our seasonal Abbey ales throughout the year, inspired by our travels through Belgium enjoying some of the tastiest and most expertly brewed beers in the world. Releases in this series will be available on tap and in 500mL bottles, bottle conditioned in the Belgian tradition.

THE PROPHECIES

BELGIAN-STYLE QUADRUPEL
AVAILABLE: DECEMBER - FEBRUARY

Inspired by one of our favorite beers brewed in the Ardennes Mountains, this strong ale was brewed in the shadow of the Cascade mountain range with European specialty malts and dark Belgian candi sugar—a rich blend that hints at dark fruit and Dutch cocoa with a balanced, warming finish.

Grains: 2-row, Pilsner, Munich Light, Munich Dark, Pale Wheat Malt, Monastique, Chocolate, Special B

Hops: Apollo, Czech Saaz

Adjuncts: Belgian Dark Candi Sugar

Yeast: Trappist High Gravity

ILLUMINATED

BELGIAN-STYLE TRIPEL ALE
AVAILABLE: MARCH - APRIL

Brewed with an array of imported Belgian grains, Illuminated is a complex sipper, balancing refined malt notes with a classic Belgian yeast profile. In traditional Belgian fashion, our tripel leads out with rich, sweet flavors, but finishes surprisingly crisp and light on the palate.

Grains: Pilsen, 2-row, Aromatic, Carafoam

Hops: Magnum, UK Golding, Hallertauer Mittelfruh

Yeast: La Chouffe

WELLSPRING

BELGIAN-STYLE PALE ALE W/ BRETT
AVAILABLE: MAY - JUNE

Inspired by Belgian brewers' mastery of complexity and balance, Wellspring began as a dry-hopped pale ale brewed with Belgian malts. It was then conditioned on brettanomyces to produce effervescent natural carbonation, a fruity and rustic palate, and a classically Belgian dry finish.

Grains: Pale, Pilsner, Munich, Carapils, C-45

Hops: Magnum, Golding, Hersbrucker

Adjuncts: Belgian Candi Sugar

Yeast: Trappist Ale 2, Brettanomyces Bruxellensis

WANDELPAD

BELGIAN-STYLE BLONDE ALE
AVAILABLE: JUNE - AUGUST

Inspired by one of the finest Trappist beers we sampled in our travels through Belgium, this blonde ale was brewed with imported Belgian malts, Oregon-grown hops, and Trappist yeast. Crisp, complex, and refreshing, the result is a classically Belgian balance of fruity esters, rustic grist character, and a zesty hop finish.

Grains: Belgian Pale Malt, Château Pilsen, Monastique

Hops: Sterling

Yeast: Trappist High Gravity

BELGIAN-STYLE DUBBEL ALE
AVAILABLE: SEPTEMBER - NOVEMBER

Our meditation on the Trappist-style dubbel, this robust dark ale balances rich notes of dried plums, dark malts, fruit preserves, and clove spice—a complex and palate-provoking flavor profile that’s elevated by natural carbonation and a classically Belgian balanced finish.

Grains: 2-row, Dingeman Pale, Munich Light, Carafoam, Brown Malt

Hops: Magnum

Adjuncts: Belgian Dark Candi Sugar

Yeast: Trappist High Gravity
